“Good artists copy, great artists steal”
I find this aphorism by Picasso quite suitable for my purposes as I do not have to apologize for anything I have stolen from the works of the grand masters. No, I do not feel like copying. But I make forms mine as well as shapes and colours, ultimately creating my own compositions. In this section, the already initiated will discover pieces from Pollock, Kandinsky, Matisse, Miro and many others that I usually forget including in my compositions as I consider them my own. They are my own, and yours of course, if you fall in love with them. Some may not recognize the origins of all these elements, but will still feel inspired by the pieces… Even better!
